What's more important to you? Eating healthy or the cost of eating healthy?

#1

It’s so easy for us to be consumed by the prevailing issues of society and how it affects all our incomes. This in turn becomes a spiral to determine just how much we choose to invest in eating healthy, after all the cost of unhealthy foods to the cost of healthy foods tells all the story we need.

Most people are more inclined to look at the price of these healthy food items over the cost of not eating healthy and conclude that it’s a cost effective bet to go for the items with absolutely nothing to offer them nutritionally, They forget that price and cost are very different. Something worth less can cost you more along the line.

Why not invest in your health and pay the price?

I wanna know your stance on this? Healthy food all the way? Or the other costly alternative?
