We’ll have the following roles -
FoodHEs (registered volunteers) get to nominate at least a family in the listed intervention communities. Also, they create a social media poster https://getdp.co/FamilyForFamily used to promote a #FundFoodChallenge by tagging at least 5 friends to join sponsor a family’s food bag via https://paystack.com/pay/fundfoodchallenge or simply making cash donations to the bank account below.
Communeating Chiefs (volunteer team leads) are the entry points to the intervention areas. They work with FoodHEs to identify and vet nominated families. And then oversee that beneficiaries get the food items as they coordinate a 3 man volunteer team per locality with best safety practices.
BreadWinners (independent donors) provide for beneficiaries from the earlier nominated families by donating towards the Family4Family nutrition intervention. A food bag is #5000 | $12 | £10. Kindly make cash donations to the bank account below;
Account Name: MYDIET234
Bank Name: ACCESS BANK
Account Number: 069 703 4298
Food Guardians (volunteers) act as “mobile food banks” using their mobile phones. They work closely with Communeating Chiefs in the nearest locality to log food item donations (if any) and keep them safe for pickup and distribution.
Communeating Champions (independent sponsors) are esteemed partners and sponsors who make great contributions (cash or kind) towards the success of the programmes.
What do you guys think of the roles and process flow?
